Tadhg MacIntyre is a lecturer at the University of Limerick. He has over fifteen years experience and has mentored many graduates in the field. He employs a positive psychology orientated client centered approach and is concerned with developing both individual and group resilience. He has been the official psychologist for Olympic squads in both rowing and hockey and works in athletics, rugby and motorsport. has developed specialist expertise in post-event debriefing.
